By registering on the CloudAspire Academy platform, accessing our learning materials, or attending any session — online or in-person — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not complete your registration or access our services.

Our training programs are open to all individuals who meet the following conditions:

• You are at least 16 years of age at the time of registration.
• You provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.
• You do not register on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• You agree to use the platform solely for educational and personal learning purposes.

CloudAspire Academy reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration that violates these conditions without prior notice.

All course content — including video lessons, written materials, code samples, project files, presentations, and assessments — is the exclusive intellectual property of CloudAspire Academy.

• You may not copy, distribute, sell, or publicly share any course material without written permission.
• Recording sessions (video or audio) without instructor consent is strictly prohibited.
• Project templates and code examples are licensed for personal learning use only.
• Portfolio projects you build during the course remain your own intellectual property.

All fees must be paid in full prior to accessing the learning materials and live sessions unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

• Within 7 days of enrollment: Full refund available if no sessions have been attended.
• After 7 days or after attending sessions: No refund will be issued.
• Fees are non-transferable to another individual or program.
• In the event that CloudAspire Academy cancels a batch, a full refund or free transfer to the next batch will be offered.

All students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional learning environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, or disrespectful behavior toward instructors, mentors, or fellow students.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access to the platform.
• Plagiarism in assignments, projects, or assessments.
• Using course materials for any commercial, unlawful, or unethical purpose.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of enrollment without a refund.

Students who successfully complete the 100-day program and meet all attendance and project submission requirements will receive an industry-recognized completion certificate from CloudAspire Academy.

• Certificates are issued solely in the student's registered name and cannot be modified.
• CloudAspire Academy does not guarantee employment or specific placement outcomes upon certification.
• Falsifying or misrepresenting your certificate is grounds for permanent revocation.

CloudAspire Academy provides its training programs strictly for educational purposes. We are not liable for:

• Any financial decisions made based on skills acquired during the course.
• Loss of income, employment, or business opportunity.
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control, such as internet outages or third-party platform failures.
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

CloudAspire Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via:

• A notice posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
• A WhatsApp or email notification to enrolled students for material changes.

Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu.
